Kuhlmann Real Estate was founded in 1963 by Roger Kuhlmann. Over the past 60+ years we have been honored to represent many buyers and sellers in Montevideo and the surrounding area including Chippewa, Lac Qui Parle, Swift, Yellow Medicine, Renville and Kandiyohi counties.

We have four full-time Realtors and two who work on a part-time basis. Our cumulitive experiance totals 130 years with well over 6,000 transactions. We offer knowledge in residential, hobby farm, commercial, lots, land, multi family and foreclosed or distressed properties.

We all work and live in the area and appreciate the value our rural communities have to offer. Our business is client driven and we offer exceptional service with excellence as our primary goal.
