Fact: Real Estate is a solid investment, especially for the long term. Now is the best time to invest in your future with a home or investment property. Currently, low interest rates and a friendly lending market make it easier to purchase if you are financially qualified.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know a little bit about myself.
I am a life time resident of the Milan/Montevideo area. Graduating from Milan High School I continued farming for the next 10 years. In 1982-1988 he worked at the Lumberman Lumberyard in Montevideo where I learned a great deal about the housing market and building trade. In 1988 I moved onto a career with Ecolab Pest Elimination, for the next 23 years. The first 19 years were in sales and service including house inspections, new sales and customer satisfaction. The following 4 years as and associate district manager in South West Minnesota and South Dakota. The past 3 years have been devoted to a Real Estate career with Kuhlmann Real Estate.
I have been active in the community through the Boy Scout program as a Merit Badge Councilor, Scout Master, and Committee Member. I also have 2 boys that are Eagle Scouts. I am also a life time member of the Big Bend Lutheran Church.
I have always had an interest in the Real Estate market. The timing was right to make a change and joining the Kuhlmann Real Estate team. I have worked with several of their associates throughout the years and it was always a positive and pleasant experience. I am confident you will have the same experience that I have had. Kuhlmann Real Estate Inc. is a cornerstone of the community with years of experience. We will do our very best to represent you and keep your best interests in mind if you select us to list your property.

Gwen has been a resident of southwest Minnesota since 2004. She was born and raised in Brainerd, MN and then spent many years in the cities. She has come to truly appreciate the relationships that are made in communities where family, agriculture, and hometown values are still held dear. After her youngest daughter graduated, she and her husband moved off the farm south of Danube to Clara City. They have 2 grown daughters who they feel blessed to have raised out here in southwest Minnesota.
